Don't rent it from Blockbuster as it's cut by about ten minutes in various places but netflix or a purchase anywhere else will not have the cuts taken out. It's released by Dimension Extreme and what I would consider one of the French Juggernauts! As in High Tension, Inside, Them, Calvaire, In My Skin and the soon to be released Frontiers. The french frequently get this stuff right and Inside is no exception. Just watch it and prepare to be totally and utterly creeped out with a really good amount of fine gore that is pretty artistic!
