We did at first but most of them ended up on the cutting room floor but there are a few good blood scenes in the process of formulating a sequel "Spoon Relapse" with will have more of a budget. This one only had a $10 budget but was fun to put together here is the link to the trailer may post more as the week contines http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xucGUNcrIp4

I thought I shot mine fast.  Mine was shot the weekend before the deadline and editted during the last week, etc.

I watched your trailer.  Should be good, looking forward to watching it.

I'm looking forward to seeing FX from people too.  Mine has tons.  For instance, mine was shot in the afternoon and I made it night.  Got to add the moon in a couple seens and things like that.  Not to mention playing with a couple greenscreen effects.

Good luck

I read that in another post (about bieng shot in the afternoon) thats really kewl I used pinnacle studio plus so the best "effect" I could use was green screen $7.32 was my overall budget. Your trailers look good looking forward to seeing it I had another project for this contest but that required a few hundred for budget at the very least! that one is called Scape Fracture used alot of unique effects made my own alpha channel masks for certain scenes sought for sounds and soundtrack for that one since I learned of this contest "Spoon" was a last minute throw together most of the scenes were put together on the set so to speak so I used a few tracks from sony acid music made the voice over for the trailer myself and the good "blood" scenes were cut out as I had no monitor while doing the effect upon review of the scenes I saw that what I was doing was in frame so bye bye they went.....working on Spoon Relapse which is expected to have much more of a budget and twhat I learned from this one

Same here.
My film was all shot in the day time or in a studio with a grip of lights (to get the shadows perfect) yet half of the film takes place at night... I hope you guys will like the look and feel of the film ohmy.gif

thats kewl guys I have to look into better editting programs pinnacle is ok for straight forward stuff but every thing extra you want to do is extra and it is very limiting....I used to use Priemere Pro like that alot better has better plug ins and mods. Here is an outtake scene from Spoon along with some production stills and a few poster ideas I was toying with hope you enjoy....oh Richard you will love this one

I think "Spoon" is going to be a good one, the new pics and outtakes make it even more appealing.
Who could resist blood and trailers?

It's a trailer trailer!! laugh.gif

Thanks Loney maybe I'll have to put it on youtube here in a bit BBQing chicken and wathcing films yours was kewl I liked the fog you generated and the light effects you used, the decapitation scene was AWESOME! I do have one thing that stuck out like a sore thumb to me you maybe should have considered having the cast wear darker clothing the brightness of the white detracted from the "night" for me other than that good job!
