In their interactive program guide, DirecTV can attach "banner" entries promoting various things. I hate them. But the bright side is that users can suppress them by removing the next higher channel from the guide. Right now, there is a banner associated with channel 308, Sleuth, so I've removed Sleuth from my guide. Sorry, not your fault the ad is there, I know. I hope you'll find the opportunity to ask DirecTV not to encumber your channel with ads.
