Warner Brothers is greedy, just like all these other studios that have control over which TV shows and movies get released on home video, I'd been screaming at the top of my lungs about wanting to see "Spenser" (with an "S" like the Poet! ) on DVD, the series as well as the movie collection, which I gladly have at home right now, they don't like sharing royalties (see paramount/the fugitive, waited 40 years to release it, by then, the majority of surviving stars of the series had died, most recently, Barry Morse <Lt. Gerard>) with surviving actors of any given series, there are only how many surviving members of the main cast of "Spenser For Hire", 3? (Avery Brooks, Barbara Stock, Ron McLarty)....They'll put garbage shows out on DVD in a heartbeat, but quality series like "Spenser For Hire?"

Not likely anytime soon. hooray for hollywood...
