oh yeah, all those films are awesome. I also really dig Columbo, Monk, Nero Wolfe, and the Detective Conan animes from Japan.
The four Miss Marple films shot in the 60's, with Dame Rutherford, are also a hoot. (Murder She Said, Murder at the Gallop, Murder Most Foul and Murder Ahoy). My favorite Christie movie though is And Then There Were None, directed by Rene Clair (you want to avoid the crappy remake).
I'm in postproduction on my first murder mystery, hope to see it up on the Sleuth channel some day!

ITA Charlie, which is why I just joined this umm board.
'Sleuth' is such an excellent name but... dang it, I thought there would be some great old detective shows & movies like Humphrey Bogart 'The Maltese Falcon'.
This is my first post here, I didn't see a welcome/introduce yourself thread so guess I'll look again.
